I am currently only accepting new clients on a referral basis. 

If a friend, loved one, or practitioner has recommended True North Massage Therapy, please reach out about setting up a session through one of the formats below.

Covid-19 Information: 

 

Masks are currently optional during massage sessions, but I am happy to wear one upon request.

​

If you or a member of your household have been exposed to Covid-19 or are experiencing ANY symptoms, please refrain from scheduling a massage or reschedule your session until the recommended quarantine time is completed.   It is contraindicated to receive massage if you have any systemic symptoms of illness or infection.  For your health, and the health of your therapist, if you are feeling under the weather, even the slightest bit, please let me know and we will reschedule your session.  

 

It is also recommended to wait to receive massage until 5 days after receiving any Covid-19 vaccine.

I am taking every precaution to ensure the safety of my clients, including screening for symptoms, use of an air purifier with HEPA filter, extra time between clients to sanitize the studio, and I have received the Covid-19 vaccine and boosters.
